🌯 Caesar Wrap — $17
Crispy chicken tenders, romaine, cherry tomato, Parmesan and Caesar dressing, all wrapped up in a tomato-basil infused flour tortilla.

🍔 56 Romano — $18
Two 4 oz. burger patties stacked with Genoa salami, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, a mozzarella/provolone blend and Italian aioli on a baguette, served with fries. Definitely not your average burger.

🍗 Chicken Paprikash — $26
Roasted chicken thigh with sautéed herb spaetzle, savory bell pepper sauce and chive crème fraîche. Warm, rich and exactly the kind of comfort food September calls for.

🐟 Market Fish — $30
Pan-seared bronzino stuffed with a vegetable medley, served with Caribbean saffron rice, broccolini and a honey-garlic glaze.

We’re going big on comfort food this week — melty, crispy, fresh and absolutely worth making dinner plans for.

🍔 56 PATTY MELT — $17
An 8oz burger patty loaded with mushrooms, onions and our 56 Sauce, all tucked between grilled marble rye with plenty of that melty goodness. Served with French fries. This one might require extra napkins. 😏

🐟 MARKET FISH — $29
Colorado snapper paired with roasted purple potatoes and julienne vegetables, finished with a lemon béarnaise. Bright, buttery and a little different from your usual fish dinner.

Eggplant $22 | Chicken $27
Your choice of eggplant or chicken smothered with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, spinach, banana peppers and provolone, served alongside pasta aglio e olio. There’s a LOT happening on this plate — in the best way.

Beer-battered cod stacked on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and our 56 tartar sauce, served with French fries. Want to switch it up? Sub sweet potato fries for $3.

🍽️ Market Fish — $26
Golden beer-battered cod served with house coleslaw, charred broccoli, French fries and 56 tartar sauce. A full plate and a classic done right.

🥩 Steak n’ Sweet Frites — $29
A 12 oz. grilled ribeye with sweet potato fries, grilled corn on the cob and a house garlic butter drizzle. Add caramelized onions & mushrooms for $2 and make it even better.
