QUALIFICATION:

• HIGH SCHOOL,

• BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REGARDING MS OFFICE

• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS(SPEAKING &WRITING)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Evaluating candidate profiles to check qualifications against job requirements

• Building job descriptions and postings to attract job seekers who have the utmost talent.

• Coordinating with team members in identifying and preparing candidates.

• Advertising about our company.

• Supporting with office work as necessary

• Coordinating with any or all front desk responsibilities when required

• Taking care of all onboarding requirements

• Verifying important documents for mistakes and completion

• Administer tests to determine applicants’ aptitude for work

• Data entry into the database for current/future staffing needs

• Payment follow ups with clients and making payments to vendors and following up with state and

local tax authorities for any issues

• Visiting Bank, Shipping and other related out of office works

• Stocking office supplies and fulfilling employees and management’s needs

• Answering to inbound enquirers and calls

• Will get offshore support from India for much of the activities
