We started the break by stopping in Comfort, TX at the best little hotel. Then on Christmas Day went on a hike at the tunnel in Alamo Springs. Had lunch in Fredericksburg and then headed to the cabin outside of Boerne, TX and made some gumbo for dinner. We went to Boerne the next day and walked through the town and had some lunch. The next day we did the same thing in Bandera. Went back to the cabin and had a fire and enjoyed an evening cooking steaks.
