Patient medical records are available from Cariend. Contact them at www.cariend.com or 404-991-7080. Medical records are legally required to be retained for 10 years after the date of the last physician visit, after which they are destroyed. If records are still in storage copies are available at no charge to the patient.

Philip D Ranheim – Resting in the Presence of Jesus After a full and wonderful life, Phil Ranheim passed away on the afternoon of August 18th. He will be remembered as a beloved physician in this community, a faithful and loving husband, father, and “Keepa”. But most of all, he’ll be remembered as a precious child of God.

Remember, the memorial service is this Saturday Sept 18 at 2:30 at Franklin Farms, 7721 Marsh Road. If you look for directions use the actual address, not name. It is a beautiful setting under a large tent. Just dress warmly, bring an umbrella and don’t wear fancy shoes! There will be walking on possibly wet grass. Handicapped parking will be available.

The memorial service will be on September 18 at 2:30 pm at Franklin Farms 7721 Marsh Road, Snohomish. It is easy to find, a beautiful , spacious tree lined, grassy field with a large tent and chairs . Easy access and parking. There is lots of room to roam and be covid safe. Our dear Dr Phil went to his heavenly home on August 18, after a battle with covid complicated by Parkinson’s. We are having a final visitation available for those who desire a final farewell on Sunday afternoon from 3-5 pm at Bauer Funeral Home in Snohomish. The official memorial service will be mid September with details to come later.

Due to a medical emergency our office is closed. Dr Ranheim is in the ICU with covid complications. For assistance please call Crystal at 360-625-8025. Thank you.
