What an incredible day at Lighthouse Christian Academy! Our Science Fair was such a special opportunity for students to step into confidence, creativity, and curiosity. From hands-on experiments to thoughtful presentations, it was amazing to see each student express what they’ve been learning, researching, and discovering.
Even more impactful was watching them teach one another—sharing knowledge, asking questions, and growing together. Moments like these remind us that learning goes far beyond the classroom… it comes alive when students take ownership and passion in what they do!
We are so proud of every student who participated and the effort they put into their projects. The future is bright with these young minds leading the way!

Kindergarten milestone unlocked 🚌✨
There’s just something so special about being five or six years old and hopping on the big school bus for your very own field trip. The excitement, the independence, the memories being made—it’s pure joy to watch.
Our sweet kindergarteners took a trip to Bridges Pets, where they learned all about different animals, explored their habitats, and even got to touch a few new furry (and not-so-furry) friends 🐾🦎
And to top off the day… a surprise stop at Burger King on the way back 🍔🎉

Our 3rd–4th graders had the special opportunity to visit a local senior care home to share joy and encouragement. Our students sang songs, shared Scripture, and spent meaningful time connecting with the residents. It was such a blessing to watch them shine the love of Jesus and bring smiles to so many faces.
We are so proud of our students for showing kindness, compassion, and respect to our elders. Great job, kids! ❤️

Art class is easily one of our students’ favorite parts of the week at Lighthouse Christian Academy. It’s a calm, welcoming space where students can unplug, slow down, and express their creativity in a meaningful way.
