Job Title: Restaurant Utility Worker (All-Around Team Member)
Location: Pace Kitchen, 1007 1st St. Snohomish, WA
Hours: Part-time, Friday/ Saturday, 4pm-9:30pm/close

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team player to join our small restaurant crew. This is a versatile “utility” position where you’ll jump between front and back of house depending on what’s needed. You’ll help keep service running smoothly by running food, clearing tables, cooking, and handling dishes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and like variety, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Run food orders from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
• Clear and reset tables efficiently (bussing)
• Assist with cooking and food prep
•Pre-setting tables with roll-ups and plates.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean workspace
• Support the team wherever needed (may include light customer service)
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
•Ability to be self sufficient, closing the kitchen solo at times.
Requirements:
•Must be 21+
• Previous restaurant experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability including evenings, weekends, (we are closed all major holidays, never open Sunday/ Monday)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a small team
• Food Handler’s Permit (or willing to obtain one)

Slightly adjusted hours this week for Pace only, will have 💯 normal hours! Pace Kitchen will not be doing pasta dishes this week. Joe is getting VERY MINOR surgery.

8/7/2020, Today marks five years of being part of the amazing Snohomish community and collaboration with ! It’s hard to not reflect on where we started five years ago… opening with only 5 menu items, one fridge, and a fully family run operation. Opening day five years ago we sold one order of pea bruschetta. Total sales for the day? $12!

Fast forward to today, our menu now features ~15 items (which we regularly sell out of) We love seeing a full house, and full ticket board!

Pace Kitchen would like to give a huge thank you to all of our regulars that we see weekly, and the Snohomish community for all the love and support over the last five years! We are so happy we picked downtown Snohomish!
