Moose are BIG!! It was a blast taking on my biggest animal and biggest order! Over 200 pounds of meat yield from this giant of an animal!!

Just finished a 23lb Jerky order. Roughly 20 pounds of whole muscle meat, b***d out and trimmed will get you around 40 packages of jerky!! So bring in that meat and you’ll have plenty of jerky to go around!!
