We’ll begin with a gentle outdoor yoga session, connecting breath, movement, and baby in a calm, supportive space.

Then, dive into an Essential Oils Class led by a long-time experienced oil user, focused on:
• Replacing common over-the-counter medications
• Everyday use of oils for your home + family
• Safe, practical ways to confidently care for your loved ones holistically

After, stay and enjoy a light lunch, connect with other moms, and get hands-on with essential oils in a relaxed, welcoming environment ✨

So often we’re taught to measure birth by the clock how fast you dilate, how long labor “should” take, or whether things are moving “too slow.” The truth is, birth is beautifully unpredictable. Every body, every baby, and every labor has its own rhythm.
