Magic Crawfish

Great new, everyone! James Nail turns 30 years old today! We’re so happy that James helped to start this group over 10 years ago, and we look forward to many more performances with him as he enters adulthood.
For as long as Magic Crawfish has existed James has been the money-man, equipment manager, contract handler, negotiator, and overall backbone of the group. You could say in some way he’s been somewhat of a father to us. Please join us in wishing Slippin Jimmy a very pleasant birthday and make sure to visit him today at C&M Music

—SPEAKING OF FATHERS—
DAD ROCK NIGHT THIS FRIDAY, ROCK N BOWL, 8pm DOORS, 9pm MUSIC. SEE YOU ALL THERE. 🎉

Unfortunately, Nic Broussard has turned 30 years old and it is no longer appropriate for him to be a member of an alternative rock band. 😞 Please join us in wishing Nic one final Happy Birthday before we ultimately have to put him out to pasture.

Or… maybe instead we could just play Dad Rock covers? That seems appropriate? Nic spared? We’ll see. CREED, NICKLEBACK, 3 DOORS DOWN, AND MUCH MORE -THIS FRIDAY- at Rock N Bowl Lafayette! Doors at 8pm, music at 9pm!

You’ve heard of Emo Night, but have you ever thought of… Dad Rock Night? We’re talking Creed, Nickleback, Foo Fighters, 3 Doors Down, Hoobastank, and so much more. With Nic and James both turning 30 next week, we figured this would be a fitting celebration to honor their transition into old age. So bring your cargo shorts, grilling tools, and crack open a Bud Light from the bar because we’re bringing the Divorced Dad playlist LIVE. Friday, August 21st at Rock n’ Bowl de Lafayette, we’ll see you there!!!

Now that Golden Ratio is a few days old, we’d like to sincerely thank all of you for streaming the album and coming to our release show! Thank you to The Debtors Blue Moon Saloon Brennan Frederick L’Buf and of course all of you for making it so special. If you haven’t yet, check out our new music on your favorite streaming platforms. We’ll have some more special announcements coming soon :)

Dear CrawFriends, we are so happy to announce that our new album “Golden Ratio” is now available on all major streaming platforms. It has been a long process from our first session at Up/Down Studios 8 years ago to now, but it’s finally here. It would be amiss if we didn’t thank the real heroes who really helped us bring these songs to life. Eric Holtz and Kevin Butler we cannot possibly thank you guys enough for the work you put into this record. We will forever be grateful for you, and for Justin Furstenfeld welcoming us to San Marcos to work with you.
CrawFans, we really hope you enjoy this music as much as we enjoyed making it. We’ll be celebrating TOMORROW at Blue Moon Saloon with The Debtors where we’ll be playing the entire album from start to finish (and more). Thank you and we love you!

In two weeks we celebrate the release of our new album “Golden Ratio” at with our friends
We’re looking forward to seeing all of you 💛🦞
