Fisk International is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate domestic and international operations. This role is critical to supporting our team and ensuring seamless service delivery. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident using technology to manage logistics and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, dispatch, and track field personnel and fleet activity

Monitor job progress and relay updates between teams and clients

Use dispatching software and digital tools to manage schedules and service orders

Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and urgent service requests

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity, assignments, and logistics

Qualifications

Experience in dispatch, logistics, or scheduling preferred

Proficient with computers, scheduling platforms, and communication tools

Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused under pressure

WE ARE HIRING:

Accounts Receivable Specialist
Fisk International – Slidell, LA
Full-Time | On-Site/Hybrid

Fisk International is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and proficient in using Quickbooks and Excel to manage and optimize AR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments

-Prepare and send invoices, statements, and account reconciliations

-Apply payments accurately and resolve discrepancies with customers

-Generate regular aging reports and maintain AR records with precision

-Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues

-Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation)

-Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

-Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and digital tools

-Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

-Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Preferred:

-Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-Experience automating AR workflows or working with ERP systems

-Knowledge of collections best practices and financial regulations
