In this case the stucco had various cracks on both chimneys and was starting to leak water in. We had to seal all the cracks and reskim the chimney with fiberglass mesh and cement followed by the finish.

When having windows installed onto your house it is always important to get a good installer or window company that knows what they are doing especially when removing and installing over stucco. The following house on the back they ended up cutting the stucco around the window and wood. Once they put the new windows in place they pushed in backer rod and spray foam on the gaps. The job was done poorly to say the least. Instead of having someone go out and seal and fix the stucco they added the plastic spacer between the windows and stucco. Plastic was flimsy and not sealed either. Water entered the house, the whole back had to be redone as far as remove stucco, plywood, insulation, 2x4s. once everything was replace the windows got put in. Sealed with flashing tape plus waterproofing membrane around the area plus the installation of new stucco. Then resurface to tie in old and new stucco in the back.

Check out this fireplace that we did recently. Project came out looking amazing and jaw dropping the second time we were called to do more to it. We do interior and exterior stucco plaster. In this case the homeowner wanted an adobe cement style finish over the painted brick and later on wanted to decorate if with banding.

Even if the job is a business sign, we don’t back down. In this case we pressured wash the sign on both sides, then resurfaced the sign and painted the inserts.
