Eric The Rev

Eric the Rev is a professional musician who has been playing music for over 31 years, who is an actual ordained Lutheran reverend with 12 years of congregational experience and who has served as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional and Individual Social Service Advocate, advocating for children and adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities for the past ten years. Thus, the Rev is a musician on a mission to provide musical entertainment to those with intellectual disabilities and seniors in Day Programs who need to be engaged on multiple levels. Music is a powerful tool to reach people of all ages and developmental stages, for it is a spiritual experience touching the human condition and uplifting the soul. In addition, when the Rev is not entertaining in Day Programs, he is serving up his unique blend of Country, Folk and Rockabilly style of music in a fun, engaging manner of storytelling, humor and quirky lyrics in coffee houses, cafes, small clubs and college campuses throughout the Midwest.
