Good afternoon!! I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer! It's almost that time for the kids to return back to school. Thanks to the community's support for the garage sale, The Fisk Foundation will be at the Burgers, Blues & BBQ event on July 27th !! Tres Companies and Monarch Beauty along with Legends will providing free haircuts from 3pm til 7pm, to families in need. Please contact Tres Co to schedule an appointment and get details! We will be there providing bookbags and school supplies will be provided by the Slidell Historical Antique Association !! We are excited that the DAD Project will be there as well, helping with bookbags and providing some painting and science activities. Hope to see you all there! Good morning!! I would like to thank everyone who supported The Fisk Foundation garage sale this past weekend!! We were beyond blessed by the donations we received and the great turn out !! I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter vacation with their loved ones!! I just wanted to remind everyone that we are still taking donations for The Fisk Foundation's garage sale. All proceeds will go towards helping the community. If you have any donations that you would like to donate, please contact us. The items can be dropped off at our warehouse off Production Dr., or we can pick them up. The garage sale will be held on May 4th, the location will be posted soon. We would like to Thank Louisiana Northshore for helping us get the word out on our upcoming event.
Join us at our inaugural fundraiser benefitting NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) at Desi Vega / Apres Lounge in Covington, LA on Saturday November 13th at 6:00 PM.
There will be a silent auction with live music, an open bar, and food served. The event is free to attend.
We welcome all donations in the form of volunteers for the event, items for silent auction, and/or services provided.
