✨Contract to Closing✨
The purchase contract is a legally binding contract that governs the sale of a real estate transaction. This document includes mutually agreed upon terms between the buyer and seller. It defines the terms of the transaction and conditions that must take place prior to the act of sale.
Closing is the ex*****on of the agreement between the buyer and seller. This is the act of sale date where the transfer of the property title takes place, lender documents are signed and the buyer takes possession of the property!
It can take anywhere from 30-45 days to complete a real estate transaction or sooner if mutually agreed upon and the lender has all required documentation for a Clear To Close!
