The last 8 weeks have been great. I’ve met a lot of great people that I wouldn’t have met under any other circumstances. That being said, I want thank Angelique C Daeumer for putting up with my shenanigans and supporting me throughout this run for Parish Council. I couldn’t and wouldn’t have made it without her. I’d also like to thank everyone that helped in any way, shape or form. I couldn’t have done it without you.

As for the all of the residents in District 12 that voted for me, thank you very much and I’m sorry that I couldn’t bring home a victory for you and be able to serve.

I’d also like to congratulate and commend Councilman Jerry Binder on his victory in a clean, gentleman’s race. Thank you.

To anyone that has ever, or is contemplating a run for public office, I highly encourage you to do so. Even in a loss, it’s an experience you won’t find anywhere else. Just remember, you have a voice and it’s your right and your duty to exercise it.

Final push!! The polls open at 7:00am in the morning. Make your voice heard, not only for Choppy but we have a lot of important races and amendments to vote on. A yes Vote for Amendment number 4 restricts tax exemptions for certain non-profit organizations including Property Tax Exemptions on BLIGHTED PROPERTIES.
