On July 15th, all of your school accounts will be deactivated. If you need any of your documents (saved papers, etc.) or emails, you have a few weeks to retrieve them.

The start of a new school year is just around the corner, and we are excited to welcome students and families back to campus for our Back 2 School Orientation!

Orientation Schedule:
5:00 PM – Incoming 7th Grade Students and New Students
6:00 PM – Returning Students

During orientation, families will receive important information about the upcoming school year, meet school personnel, and complete any remaining back-to-school requirements.

Items Available for Purchase On-Site
PE Uniforms: $20 for shorts and shirt / $10 for additional shirts
Spirit Shirts: $15 each
Parking Passes: $15 (Students must present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.)
Yearbook: $35
Supply Fee: $35

We encourage all students and parents to attend this important event as we prepare for a successful 2026–2027 school year.

SCCS Class of 2017’s Krista Box

We’re so glad to have Krista Box Hemphill with us at All Creatures Veterinary Hospital. Krista just finished her 3rd year in vet medicine at Mississippi State University and is here for a month to learn from our team.

ACVH is a teaching hospital with advanced diagnostics for small, large, wildlife and exotic animals and is consistently rated as the best place to complete internships from multiple vet medicine schools. We’re so grateful to our community for supporting us and helping us grow so we can support the future of vet medicine by providing valuable clinical education to students like Krista.

From June 22-26, Sanctuary Hill is hosting a Zookeeper Summer Camp! Your child will work directly with one of our zookeepers to help care for a variety of our exotic species.

Our main goal is to get kids outdoors, while teaching them about the importance of conservation and animal care!

We never stop learning! Today Ms. Kent and Mrs. Fletcher attended Louisiana’s Hidden History: Bringing the American Revolution to Life at the Capitol Park Museum. They collaborated with other teachers and explored resources on Louisiana’s role in the American Revolution.
