⚡ NBME Hyperkalemia — High Yield

ECG progression you must know:

Peaked T waves
PR prolongation
QRS widening
Sine wave → arrest

Management order:

1️⃣ IV Calcium (stabilize)
2️⃣ Insulin + Glucose, Beta-agonist (shift)
3️⃣ Remove K⁺ (diuretics, binder, dialysis)
