Power Arm Clamp for Wilton Power Arm Junior Vise Combo. Custom Replacement. Stainless Hardware.

Description:

Power Arm Clamp designed to mount and lock down a Wilton Power Arm Junior and vise combo.

This clamp was created to replace the original Wilton version, which has been out of production for many years and is now extremely collectible and difficult to find. This model was made specifically to fill that gap in the market and provide a functional, modern alternative.

This is a newly made clamp, not an original Wilton part.

Materials and construction:

The clamp body, movable lower jaw, and k**b are made from a composite consisting of approximately 60 percent high density iron and 40 percent PLA polymer. This provides strength and durability while keeping overall weight reasonable.

The threaded screw and sleeve are stainless steel for smooth operation and corrosion resistance.

Specifications:

Designed for Wilton Power Arm Junior and vise combo
Approximate weight: 2 pounds
Approximate dimensions:
Height: 6 inches
Width: 4.5 inches
Depth: 5 inches

Here is a rare 9-600 Wilton Bullet Vise. These are no longer in production and the 9- series was only available in the 1960’s. This Wilton came in with the following issue that have been fixed or replaced. The 4 pins in the vise were replaced by the previous owner with square bar stock damaging the body. The jaw, anvil and front slide were damaged. The repairs made were new pins, end cap, welding and custom metal fabrication. The end result is a fully functional rebuilt 6” Wilton bullet. Located North east illinois.

New Project. The previous owner for whatever reason thought that that whole thing we were taught as kids that you don’t sticker square block and round hole tried it. I had to remove square stock. It took three hours now it’s been soaked in a solvent. After that filing and welding.

Tool sale time!!!

Local pickup is preferred but shipping is also an option. If you want something shipped it just has to meet these two requirements.

1. Value of $100 or more(not including shipping costs) got to be worth the effort.

2. If the weight is about 100lbs it’s on you to find a freight shipper willing to pick it up I am not throwing my back out load and unloading it from my truck. I can provide location zip code and dimensions.
