I am booked with sewing work up to my retirement date. This is my last post. Thank you, everyone, for supporting my business this last 20 years. It’s been a pleasure.

There's been some confusion regarding my retirement date. I'll be open for business until August 1. I no longer have a landline so can be reached on my cell at 907-738-3430.

Sewing Solutions will be closed until April 11- those in need of prom alterations can get in touch with me after that.

Slowly going through my sewing studio and came across a box of thank you cards from customers. I have saved every one. Oh my heart.

I am sad to write this but after 20 years I will be closing my business this fall. My wrists and hands are telling me that it’s time. I have loved this work and the people it has connected me with. It has been such a rich and fulfilling experience and I feel so fortunate that I have been able to provide this service to our community. If there is anyone out there with sewing skills who wants to do this, let me know. You won’t regret it. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
