I've landed in a place where I can wake up everyday to palm trees, salty ocean air and warm sunshine. Finally a chance to just slow down and breath.....soaking it all in.

Nicolas....as your next adventure begins, remember to look out the window, go without judgement, walk in other peoples shoes, eat all the food, embrace the culture, go without fear, be humble and kind and grateful. Make memories, take lots of pictures. Oh and call your Mom ! Your are an inspiration son.
First stop Fiji then New Zealand for the next year.

With tears in my eyes, I want you you know that I will be closing my beloved cafe.

For years, this cafe has been more than a business to me—it has been a place of connection, laughter, and shared moments. You’ve supported my dreams, trusted me to be part of your days, and made this cafe a special corner of our community.

I am so incredibly grateful for each of you. Whether you came in for coffee, a warm meal, or just to say hello, you brought life and love into this space. I truly can’t put into words how much you’ve meant to me.

While this chapter is closing, the memories we’ve created together will stay with me forever. This isn’t the ending I imagined, but I trust that new dreams will grow from here.

Thank you for everything—for your support, kindness, and for being the heart of my cafe.

What a day today at The Kitchen Table ! I had a little moment and randomly a group of nurses were there to help me out ! So grateful for their help. Please come back soon ....lunch is on me!
