Because of your partnership, students at AsOne’s Tailoring Centers are gaining practical skills that can change the trajectory of their lives.
As they learn tailoring, they’re building confidence, creating opportunities for income, and taking steps toward a more secure future for themselves and their families. Your support is helping equip local leaders to create lasting economic opportunities in rural Uganda. 🧵✂️✨

“Transformation Starts with Me.”
More than a school motto, it’s a belief that guides how we educate and disciple students each day.
AsOne students are learning that they have the ability—and responsibility—to use their God-given gifts to create positive change in their communities.
Because lasting transformation starts with each of us.

🏗️ Construction Update: Namutumba
Exciting progress continues in Namutumba as we prepare to expand access to education and healthcare.
-Windows and doors are being fabricated for the Nursery and Administration blocks.
-The Dining Hall and Kitchen are nearing completion of beam construction and preparing for roofing.
-Dormitories, classrooms, and staff housing are progressing through foundation work, slabbing, and backfilling.
-Construction on the Health Clinic is advancing and preparing to begin raising walls.
Each step brings us closer to expanding access to quality education and healthcare for the Namutumba community.
When Joshua watched his grandfather suffer from poor medical care, he knew he wanted to be part of the solution.
Today, Joshua serves at AsOne Health Center – Mayuge, providing compassionate, quality healthcare to families in his own community. He's seen firsthand how access to healthcare is changing lives—helping families seek treatment sooner, receive life-saving care, and build healthier futures.
This is the power of local leadership. Through your partnership, Ugandan leaders like Joshua are bringing healing, hope, and lasting change to rural communities across Uganda.

Meet Shube
Shube loves debating. It has helped her find her voice, build confidence, and dream big.
At AsOne, she's growing academically, spiritually, and as a leader. Her dream is to become a doctor so she can help others and provide care to those in need.
"I want to become a doctor to help other people and provide free medication to them."
Thank you for walking alongside students like Shube as they pursue the futures God has placed before them. 💙

The problems are interconnected. So must be the solutions.
Approximately 27% of Ugandans experience multidimensional poverty—meaning they face overlapping challenges in areas like education, healthcare, living standards, and economic opportunity.
You can’t improve education without addressing healthcare.
You can’t strengthen livelihoods without creating economic opportunity.
Everything is connected.
That’s why AsOne takes a holistic approach to community transformation. Through schools, health centers, farms, and businesses working together in the same communities, local leaders are creating lasting change for generations to come.

🇺🇬 Today, we celebrate Uganda's Heroes Day.
We honor the men and women whose courage and sacrifice have shaped this nation, and the everyday heroes who continue to serve their communities with faith, perseverance, and hope.
Thank you to the teachers, healthcare workers, farmers, leaders, and families creating lasting change across Uganda.
For farmers like Chaba, the challenge wasn't growing crops—it was finding a market.
Before AsOne, much of his harvest went unsold. Today, he has a reliable local market, turning his harvest into income, stability, and opportunity for his family.
By strengthening local economies, we're helping farmers move from uncertainty to lasting resilience—one harvest at a time. 🌱
