Signature Sound

I had the privilege to officiate and DJ for my nephew and his new wife last night. Thanks Caleb and Danielle for giving me the honor of being a part of your big day!

This weekend I'm DJing a wedding that was originally booked with the great Ed Begeman before he passed. Reviewing the planner I realized that he would have had a ball at this wedding.
Why? On the must play list is I Knew The Bride When She Used To Rock And Roll by Nick Lowe.

Back when I was a lowly trainee at Complete Music Ed introduced this song with the typical cheese ball DJ flare he was known for. I haven't done the "game" that's associated with this song in over a decade but boy did the memories come flooding back when I seen it listed! To be honest, Ed might have still been doing the cheesy schtick right up to his last event ever.

About 8 months ago my long time friend John Small asked me to DJ his daughter’s wedding.
Friday, June 26 was the big day.

After a beautiful outdoor ceremony, officiated by none other than the mother of the groom, we moved inside for the reception. What a night! Tons of people, lots of fun, a custom written first dance, a final dance sung live and finally ending the night with fireworks.

Congratulations Taylor and Kyle! May life bless you with all the things you could ever want and need 🙂

It was so much fun to party with the Johnsons last Saturday! Kylie, Gavin and their guests came to party and party the did. These guys danced their butts off almost non stop for 5 straight hours.
