As we go into this weekend, we are feeling very grateful. Grateful for our new clients who we were able to design for and start building their custom home in the Mapleton Development shown in 3D here. Grateful for our current clients who have chosen and trusted us throughout the entirety of their project as we approach their closing. And grateful for the clients that are in our future. We aren’t quite finished with this one yet, but we are getting close! From early design meetings, to detailed 3D’s, every detail was intentional.

This laundry room deserves a post of its own. With the light blue painted cabinets set on the diamond pattern tile, it is definitely one of our favorites!

We are going to give you a little tour of this master suite showing a well thought out floor plan and beautiful design that carries through. The master bedroom leads to the master bathroom that opens to the master closet and finally into the main floor laundry. The laundry room is also accessible from the hallway off of the great room. This plan has great flow and usability!
