Celebrating Black History Month, President's Day, and Groundhog Day with books!

This month’s sensory bin idea is simple, festive, and full of learning:

✨ Fill a bin with dried rice (dyed pink/red), heart-shaped cookie cutters, mini mailboxes, and foam letters.
✨ Kids can “send” letters to friends, scoop & pour rice for fine motor skills, and even practice letter recognition.

Sensory bins are a wonderful way to support exploration, fine motor coordination, and language development—all through play! 💕

This week’s OT activity is a Winter Gross Motor Obstacle Course!
Pillows become “ice,” cushions become a “snow mountain,” and tunnels turn into “igloos.”
Great for strengthening balance, core stability, and proprioceptive skills. ❄️💙
