Such a fun weekend cooking and celebrating my sister’s graduation! Packed up the Rack Shack and went to Des Moines! 85 pounds of pork stood no chance 👩‍🎓🎉🐷💨

A big thank you to Braden and Kendra for giving me the opportunity to smoke some meats for their rehearsal dinner! Another big thank you to Zach and Brittany for always helping out with jobs like this. Can’t wait for the big party tomorrow!

I will be the first to say, yesterday was one for the books! There are wayyyyy too many for me to thank. First off, thank you to Zach and Brittany for being my crew the entire day and helping me plan this event since we got it scheduled. Thank you to Steve and WoodGrain Brewing Co. for giving me the opportunity for my “debut” and for the entire staff being so accommodating all through out the day (literally before sunrise and after sunset). Thank you to Bud for sharing his smoker with me so I could share my ribs with Sioux Falls! Kendra, thank you for being there Friday afternoon at a moment’s notice. And lastly, thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us last night. The support was amazing and just one of the many reasons that makes up why I genuinely believe Sioux Falls is the best community to live in.

We will be back smoking somewhere soon, so stay tuned!
