This 45-minute class combines:
✔️ Rowing intervals + technique
✔️ Full-body cardio
✔️ Strength, core, or stretching off the rower
✔️ Motivational music and great energy
Whether you’re brand new to rowing or looking to become a more efficient rower, this class is for you. ROW is effort-based, low impact, and designed to meet you where you’re at.
We row together like a crew—encouraging one another, working hard, and having fun along the way.

Happy Birthday, Coach Hannah!!! 🎉
If there is someone who embodies what it means to be a Student of Strength, it’s Hannah. This woman does not settle. This woman does not give up. 👊🏻
One of the things we admire most about Hannah is that she never acts like she’s arrived. She’s always learning, always growing, always chasing the next challenge with consistency, humility, and determination. Hannah reminds us that strength doesn’t have a finish line. There is always another opportunity to improve, refine, and rise higher than yesterday.
It’s been so much fun to watch her pursue new goals while also serving as an incredible coach and leader within our community. She leads by example, showing up day after day with grit, dedication, and a willingness to do the work.
Hannah, thank you for the encouragement you bring, the knowledge you share, and the example you set. We are grateful for the impact you have on Origin Strength and everyone who walks through our doors.

ORIGIN STANDOUT of the Month, Miss Ella! 🔥
Whether it’s the early AM crew, the 8:30 class, or even sneaking in a noon Grind, Ella shows up with a great attitude, positive energy, and embodies what it means to trust the process. What’s even more impressive is that she often does it all after working an overnight shift in the NICU. It’s impressive because you can never tell!
Ella is intentional about her nutrition, committed to her goals, and continues to make steady progress through consistency and hard work. Beyond her dedication, Ella is simply a bright spot in our community — encouraging, welcoming, and all around good human.
Thanks for being here, Ella! And keep shining!!! 👊🏻

What an honor to host the Lincoln High School Softball Team as they prep for the State Softball Tournament! 🩵❤️
These incredible female athletes spent the morning slowing down, breathing deeply, and recovering with our Origin Yoga-style mobility + vinyasa flow.
Because recovery is part of training too. 🔥

Don’t rely on “motivation” - it is going to let you down. It comes and goes and is reliant on whatever mood you find yourself in.
Instead, focus on who you become after you go to the gym - a better spouse, a more patient parent, a friendlier boss, a more emotionally stable friend, a better human. It is this focus that creates consistency. And consistency yields long-term results.
