Their 22nd annual festival is coming up June 6 at Skyview Lake in Norfolk, NE, with music, food vendors, kids activities, prayer, fireworks, and more.

Job Opportunity: Hills Alive Regional Development Associate (Black Hills Region)

LifeLight Hills Alive is hiring! We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven fundraiser to join our team and help bring the Gospel to thousands.

Location: Black Hills Region (multi-state area)
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time options available

About the Role: LifeLight and Hills Alive exists to take the Church outside the walls bring light into darkness with the life changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As our Regional Development Associate, you’ll be a key player in raising funds to make FREE Gospel-centered events possible around the world. You’ll build meaningful relationships with donors, churches, businesses, and foundations across the region.

What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and donor relationships
- Manage a portfolio of 100–150 donors and prospects
- Conduct 10–25 face-to-face or virtual visits per month
- Travel and meet with donors, sometimes joining the CEO on key calls
- Stay active in the local community to build new partnerships

Who We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated go-getter who loves building relationships
- Passionate about the Gospel and advancing God’s Kingdom
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Results-oriented with a heart for fundraising
