We work as a resource for non-profits and bring together leaders to solve community problems. This is accomplished through efficient and effective planning and the presentation of a solid one voice message. This effective and responsive process attracts multiple funding opportunities and leverages limited resources.

Yesterday, SHIP staff from multple programs spent the day at Camp High Hopes for a team-building experience focused on connection and collaboration. Through a mix of outdoor activities and group challenges, staff had the opportunity to engage across teams and strengthen working relationships.
