Fall is soon upon us. Don't forget to schedule a gutter cleaning before the weather gets worse and you have a problem on your hands!!

Some before and after pics from a recent clean-out, house prep for sale. Location went for more than asking price. Sometimes, just takes a little TLC and lipstick....

Spring Clean-up. Don't just refresh your flower beds and yard. Get rid of the mold and mildew build up on your walkway, driveway, porch, etc. pressure washed, to complete the overall look and feel of your home.

This is no place for a garden. If you look up and see plants, your gutters are clogged. Get them cleared out for the season to prevent Ice damns and damaged fascia.

LOOK UP! How often do you check your gutters? Ground views can be deceiving. If you have limbs and trees above your roof-line, you probably have material in your gutters.
This can cause:
- Ice dams in winter
- Rotting of the roofs fascia
- Stagnant water - Breeding ground for mosquitos
- Gutter overflowing and causing foundation damage and leaks.
Be sure to have them checked.

Fall is just around the corner. Leaves, twigs, acorns, etc. clogging up the downspouts. Time to schedule fall cleaning.
