Father’s Day has always felt personal to us — because Konopelski Meats wouldn’t exist without the fathers who poured their hands, hearts, and a lot of smoke into building it.

We want to take a moment to honor them and all the fathers out there!

Louis Konopelski brought the recipe from Poland and started something he never could have imagined would last this long.

Francis and Joseph Konopelski kept the tradition alive through times when that was no small thing — and made sure the kielbasa never changed.

Patrick Konopelski grew the business and grew the family right alongside it, proving that the two were never really separate. Carring it forward today — the same recipe, the same pride, and a whole lot of the same stubbornness that makes great kielbasa possible.
