Beginning June 23rd, I will have a rare opening in my schedule due to a long-term client undergoing an extended home renovation.

This spot is available for:

* One biweekly client (every other Tuesday)
OR
* Up to three monthly clients

I will be conducting interviews over the next week to find the best fit.

These openings do not come up often, as I have long-term clients and take pride in providing consistent, high-quality service. I’m happy to provide references from clients I’ve served for years.

1. Standard Cleaning (Maintenance)What to Expect: Cleaners will usually do a "surface wipe" of the stovetop. They will wipe away loose crumbs and light, fresh grease.The Limit: They often do not scrub baked-on, heavy, or multi-layered grease buildup. If it takes longer than a few minutes, they will move on to keep within the scheduled time.Inside Oven: Rarely included in a standard clean unless specifically requested.2. Deep Cleaning (Heavy Duty)What to Expect: A deep clean is designed to tackle exactly this scenario. Cleaners will apply heavy-duty degreasers, let them sit (dwell time), and scrub heavily accumulated grease.The Process: This often involves taking the stove apart—removing k***s, burner caps, and grates to soak them.Extra Time: This requires significantly more time, which is why it costs more.Tips for this SituationBe Specific: If you know the stove is very greasy, tell the cleaner beforehand, as they may need to bring specialized heavy-duty degreasers (like Krud Kutter or Oven Cleaner).Use the Self-Clean Setting: For extreme baked-on grease, running your oven's self-clean function the night before allows the cleaner to just wipe out the ash.Expect Potential Upcharges: If you booked a standard clean but the stove requires an hour of scrubbing, cleaners may charge an extra fee.In short: A filthy stove is normal for cleaners, but removing heavy buildup requires a deep cleaning appointment.
