Wow, Asheville. We are truly overwhelmed by your generosity.

Because of this incredible community, 1,000 gallons of milk will help nourish families across Western North Carolina through MANNA FoodBank (Asheville, NC). Every donation makes a difference, and we are beyond grateful for each person who stopped by, donated, shared, and supported this effort.

A special thank you to Jeremy Greene from The Sportsocracy and his amazing team and supporters who rallied behind this drive and helped make this milestone possible.

We’d also like to give a huge shoutout to our friend Chris Smith from Asheville Sports Commission for his generous donation and continued support of our community.

Every gallon and every dollar donated goes directly to MANNA FoodBank, helping provide fresh, nutritious milk to neighbors in need throughout our community.

🧅 Herbed Onion Chips with Creamy Alfredo Dip
Thick rounds of sweet Vidalia Onions arranged over a generous layer of freshly grated Sartori Parmesan, brushed with Wesson Oil, seasoned with thyme, garlic, and paprika, and baked until the cheese forms a golden, crispy crust around every ring. Served alongside a warm, silky dip made from Bertolli Garlic Alfredo Sauce stirred together with melted Philadelphia Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy. Snacking has never looked this good.

🧅 Herbed Onion Chips with Creamy Tomato Dip
SERVES 4-6

ONION CHIPS:
2-3 medium Vidalia Onions, sliced into ¼-inch thick rounds
8 oz Sartori Parmesan, freshly grated — about 2 cups
1½ tbsp Wesson Oil
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper

CREAMY TOMATO DIP:
1 jar Bertolli Garlic Alfredo Sauce
4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, at room temperature and cut into small cubes
salt and black pepper, to taste
