Growth is a beautiful thing! 😃

I wanted to share some highlights from an amazing event that happened recently. My dad, Ralph Mitchell, visited us for a couple of days, and during his stay, we had the opportunity to host an event at the Salvation Army.

Lauren and I have been hosting these and other events several times a month for a while now, focusing on providing information about Healthcare, Medicare plans, Community Resources, food card stipends, Retirement Planning Education, and more. But the most rewarding part is and always will be engaging our attendees in mindset training.

At this event, my dad, with his 50 years of experience in leadership development training, shared an incredibly engaging story. He spoke about a man who organized a celebratory dinner but spent the evening worrying about paying the bill instead of enjoying his guests' company. It turned out that one of the guests had covered the entire bill, leading to a discussion about Automatic Negative Thinking and Automatic Positive Emotions.

It was truly a masterclass to witness and an evening filled with valuable insights and heartwarming stories. Thank you to everyone who attended and made it such a memorable event.
