We've been busy this week over at Duncan Welding!
This apartment complex needed its existing railings brought closer to current code requirements, but the goal was to preserve the original railing system rather than start over.
We fabricated and installed additional pickets, increased railing heights, and closed larger openings with vertical infill sections to improve safety while maintaining the existing design.
These are the types of practical upgrades we regularly perform for HOAs, apartment complexes, and property managers throughout Ventura County.

That one time we built a vault style facade door for an escape room in Northridge.
Custom fabricated from scratch to look like a bank vault, complete with rivet detailing, viewing window, and turning wheel.
