Horizontal board layout. Tray ceiling with beveled/mitered corners. Exposed joinery - No molding covering corners!

Full room layout was completed first so the electricians could get their lights and outlets center of board.

One stair case….a whole lot of wood…

Scenes from a recent jobwalk in Hermosa Beach. The team has put a lot of work into place very quickly and the builder is doing a fantastic job of staying ahead of us with constraint removal.

This is project 2004. The fourth project won in 2020. It is now in final stages of punch list. Almost there!
