Great news! Our campaign doesn’t need any more donations.

Just kidding. April Fools.

Please contribute today so instead of asking you for money I can spend my time making the informative, entertaining videos that you know and love.

Council Candidate Fundraising in January, Part Five - Montgomery Perspective 03/17/2026

“The bottom line:

Goldberg is a comeback kid, the kind of candidate who runs credibly but loses and then comes back stronger next time. He is doing a good job on the kinds of things he can control, which is the most you can ask from any candidate.”

Council Candidate Fundraising in January, Part Five - Montgomery Perspective By Adam Pagnucco. Part One described the methodology of this series, which is hampered by the quality problems in data published by the State Board...

Here’s what real people in Silver Spring are thinking about:

+ Utility bills are way too high
+ How can we oppose ICE but be supportive of local law enforcement?
+ Schools
+ Schools
+ Schools
+ It’s so much easier to do business in Virginia than Montgomery County
+ It’s great that RideOn is free but there are only WMATA stops where I live so it still costs money and neither are very reliable
+ We have 1 child and we’ll probably have a 2nd but good daycare is sooo expensive

How do you think we can be doing better?

Thanks you Rachael, Nancy and Mike for hosting a fantastic meet & greet!

We talked about housing and how to get more of it. We talked about the economy and how to supercharge it. We talked about our schools and how to turn record funding into record results.

If you’re experiencing feelings of FOMO (fear of missing out), don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Simply go to www.VoteScott.org/Volunteer and select “Host a Coffee Chat”. We’ll work with you to organize your neighbors to get more involved in our democracy.

The universe can teach us so much as humans if we let it.

We live in a place where astronomy, physics and faith can and do exist in harmony.

Since they are all based on lunar cycles, Ramadan, the Lunar New Year and Fat Tuesday fall on the same day.

Ramadan Mubarak to all our Muslim friends who are celebrating!

Happy Year of the Fire Horse to our Asian friends who are celebrating!

Let the good times roll to everyone celebrating Mardi Gras!

Gov. Moore: Forget the White House. Come to the 4 Corners Pub in Silver Spring! 02/17/2026

Spent Presidents Day on Al Gore’s internet updating our YouTube channel.

If the White House doesn’t want to eat with Wes Moore, it’s their loss. There’s always hot food, cold Maryland beer and a seat for the guv at Silver Spring’s State Dining Room: The Four Corners Pub

Even though I don’t really eat before noon, she said there’d be coffee so was happy to go to Breakfast with Councilmember Marilyn Balcombe at the Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department in Beallsville.

A vibrant conversation about data centers in general, and the one in progress in Dickerson, was on the menu.

Increase in total # of children who are homeless in Montgomery County over the last 4 years:

562%

Absolutely unacceptable.

The annual Point in Time count of those experiencing homelessness was Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Our team finished around 2am and talked to 4 people: 1 in front of a 7-11, 1 inside a post office, 1 in a McDonalds, 1 in their car but all deserving of more than one of the wealthiest, most educated places on Earth is providing.

When you hear me talk about wanting more housing all the time… this is why.

The Women’s Legislative Briefing is a powerful gathering organized by the Montgomery County Commission for Women every year.

It would be impossible to walk out of that room without a more positive outlook of the world than you walked in with.
