Big Ta**us energy this year: grounded, magnetic, intentional, soft, luxurious, and no longer rushing to prove a thing. I’ve learned that peace is a flex, discernment is wealth, and the right life blooms when you stop forcing what was never aligned. This year, I expect deeper love, aligned opportunities, beautiful experiences, financial expansion, a regulated nervous system, divine reciprocity, and a life that feels as good as it looks. Year 37 feels less like survival and more like arrival. 🖤

Hate to rush time but something about 37 is exciting me.... im calling in New everything! New partnerships New love New cities New opportunities New ventures... everything new!

I’m adjusting to a version of myself
that never needed permission.
Never needed approval.
Never needed to be chosen.

Just the confidence to show up fully.
Without shrinking.
Without second-guessing.

Owning the moment before, during, and after.

The last few days?
Felt like imposter syndrome… but it wasn’t that. Because I actually do all the work I say preach and teach and coach... so these moments are just evidence!

Theres no distance between who you want to be and who you are.. just be it

And I can feel it—
I’m showing up better because I’ve become better.

No performance.
No proving.
Just presence.

And I’m grateful it’s finally clicking.

Idk how yall let me get 210lbs.. but ill say this this is the best ive felt in a long time. Im glad ive taken the time to take care of me... 20lbs to goal or whatever the body says feels good

May all that you do be rooted in love.
Not urgency.
Not proving.
Not performance.
Not fear.
Love.
The kind that steadies your breath.
The kind that softens your shoulders.
The kind that reminds you that you are already worthy before you do a single thing.
