What does making slime have to do with math? Quite a lot, actually!

The science booth right next to us at Burtonsville Day had the kids completely fascinated—and drew quite a crowd! Watching them measure, mix and experiment, I couldn’t help noticing all the math happening at the same time.

Counting. Measuring. Ratios. Predicting. Problem solving.

Sometimes kids are using math without even realizing it. ❤️
