Happy New Year, everyone! Baby J and I have been hard at work, perfecting our cookie recipes, finding what best increases milk supply and searching for the healthiest ingredients without sacrificing taste. We're even working on gluten-free and vegan cookies as well as a low sugar option.
In 2018, we will be working on our website to make online ordering easier for our customers. I'm so excited about it, so stay tuned!
Our look is seeing a major upgrade, I think you're going to like what you see!

Throwback (can I do that on a Monday??) to this time last year when our baby girl found out she was going to be a big sister (finally!) ❤
Do you have more than one kid? Or are you planning on having another? How did you tell your oldest the great news? And how did they take it?
Are you dressing your baby up tonight? If so, as what?!
Baby J was going to be the Stay Puft Marshmallow Baby, but we're going for something a little warmer tonight so we will be doing Monkey instead.
What new products would you like to see? Oat bars (gluten-free!) or brownies? Something else? I'd love to hear what you want!

Prices have returned to normal. Milky Way Cafe is undergoing some understandable growing pains - and we want YOUR feedback! $11 is a LOT for cookies, even our amazing lactation cookies. We want to hear from you on what you think is a fair price! We want to be accessible to ALL nursing moms, while still covering our own costs. Everyone who comments will be entered into a drawing for a free dozen!

My son took a pacifier for the first time last night. This is a GAME changer, as he has been a comfort nurser from Day One. Who knows, he may even take a bottle so Daddy can feed him eventually - and thanks to the lactation cookies, I've been able to exclusively breast feed AND establish a milk stash in our deep freezer - I'm up to almost 300 ounces in just what I can get after feeding (and comfort nursing) the baby all day!
