OPEN CALL FOR WORK. LINK IN BIO FOR SUBMISSION. Artists William Major & Justin Barker have been working on a publication called "Babyfaces & Heels." It will be a magazine publication format that looks at the world of wrestling from a creative lens. This is an open call to be included in this publication. There is no entry fee, but if you are selected to be apart of this project you will be asked to contribute $5 for printing fees.

CALL:
Please submit any creative writing, illustration, drawing, painting, photography, or photographic documentation of any type of creative work such as, but not limited to, sculpture, performance art, video, and sound around the theme of wrestling. This is an open interpretation of wrestling and the work you have made about it. We welcome just about anything! If you are a wrestler, submit something that you deem art worthy around your profession. Due 9/15/20.

My new logo by perfected by

I’ve included process shots so people can see how art gets made and that it’s not some magic that shoots from fingertips. With help from my cousin we brainstormed and came up with sketches. Then Justin came in and refined.

2019 has been a crazy year. I finished grad school in May, moved to Maryland with my amazing partner in crime , and started Eye Robot Arcade with my brother . In the (1/2) year I’ve gotten to work with some amazing artists, friends, and musicians. Huge thank you to everyone including (in no particular order) .band and
2019 was just the beginning. Looking forward to 2020!!
