EXPERIENCED HOME IMPROVEMENT SALES PROFESSIONALS WANTED

Growing, established home improvement company is looking to add 1–2 seasoned sales professionals to our team.

We are looking for experienced closers who understand the home improvement industry and are comfortable meeting with homeowners, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and closing the sale.

Experience We’re Looking For:

• Roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters
• Painting and drywall experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of residential shingle, metal, and flat roofing, including installation and repair processes
• Knowledge of vinyl, composite, and wood siding, or the ability to quickly learn these products
• Familiarity with vinyl and wood replacement windows
• Ability to accurately evaluate projects and explain recommended solutions to homeowners
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Comfortable carrying and setting up ladders and walking residential roofs
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and organized

Compensation

Salary/compensation package is open for negotiation for the right candidate. We are looking for experienced professionals and are willing to discuss a competitive structure based on experience, performance, and ability to close.
