Sometimes the best square footage in a renovation is square footage you steal from somewhere else. 📐A little-used closet, oversized hallway or awkward adjacent room can completely change what’s possible in a kitchen or bath. Are microwaves becoming a thing of the past? Not quite. They’re just getting better at hiding. 😉

As we recently shared with The Spruce, microwaves are still one of the most convenient appliances in the kitchen, especially in busy households with kids. What is changing is where we put them. More of our clients are opting for under-counter microwaves or microwave drawers that keep countertops clear and the overall kitchen design feeling clean and considered.
