This week, RepresentWomen's Executive Director Cynthia Richie Terrell spent time in California connecting with partners and leaders across the Bay Area and Los Angeles, and the momentum is real.

From a powerful event hosted by Murmuration to a celebration of a major milestone for ranked choice voting in Los Angeles, it was a week grounded in connection, collaboration, and progress.

We were especially honored to join Murmuration Founder & CEO Emma Bloomberg and an incredible group of leaders in conversation about women’s leadership, civic power, and the communities we are working to build together.

And alongside our partners at CalRCV, we celebrated an exciting step forward: ranked choice voting advancing to the LA City Council for consideration.

This is what progress looks like when it's built together, step by step.
