Stand Up For

"Stand Up For" is a comedy showcase that incorporates the likes of both young comedians and professional comedians in the DMV area. The event is always held on a Tuesday, and is once a month. It is not an open mic. With your help, we can make this one of the best comedy rooms in the DC area. In addition to this, proceeds from this event go to a different charity each month. Jackie's is also one of the best watering holes in the area. You'll be amazed by their collection of spirits and delicious food plates. So if you don't get a laugh (which you will) you can at least get drunk and bloated. Which is ultimately the American dream is it not?
