Ballplaya University is a player-focused basketball training program based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Launched in 2020 with the mission to provide state-of-the-art training for budding basketball talents, nurturing their growth on and off the court.

These 2 pushed each other and got better in their Semi-Private Training Session. We worked on Change of Speed and we later incorporated some small sided games so they could work on reaction and get a mental stimulus.
