Fun Fact - Vata is also known as the "King of the Doshas", earning special significance as when Vata is out of place, it is likely that the other two Doshas (Pitta and Kapha) are also vitiated.

Vata is involved in every type of pain we experience from mental to physical. Keeping Vata in balance builds a strong foundation for the entire physiology.
