Persephone has almost returned the underworld, and pomegranate season is upon us!

Made by ⟡⋆Rachel⋆⟡ as a part of our ongoing collaboration, these deep red pomegranate vessels will house Persephone's Pomegranates, a scent blend of pomegranate bitters, blood orange, lemon peel, and currant🕯

Forget astrology*--which kind of evocative ruins are you? which pile of unsettling trinkets? Which unassuming gourd?

For example I am figs are a good source of fiber sun, weird sisters squashes moon, and a I'VE GOT GADGETS AND GIZMOS APLENTY rising

If you add them all together, you get the full spectrum of your soul!

I know that there are many creatures of rain and gloom here celebrating the end of summer. While I, a fan of autumn but deep down a lizard that wants to warm herself upon a rock baking in the Sicilian sun, cannot exactly celebrate the end of summer in the same way, I am indeed looking forward to all of autumn's best offerings: crunchy leaves, delicious baked goods, seasonal coffee, goblin parties at midnight, bog witch gatherings in the wee hours, etc.

Are you most excited that it's soup season? candle season? season of the witch? season of darkness and decay? 🍂 or are you also slightly melancholy about summer's end?

Summer is almost over which means I'm crawling out of my lair to bring you more strangely-scented, moss-inspired creations. And attention PA witches: I'll be in your state not once but twice this month, starting with All Hallows Flea Sept 19th & 20th in Manheim PA followed by Market of the Macabre on Sept 26th in Philadelphia. Then I'm back in Maryland for the Plants Alive! Maker's Market on Sept 27th in Silver Spring and for the The Myth Makers Society | Fantasy Events Tavern Night in 9/28 at R. House in Baltimore 🕯

Pssst the candle shop reopens online on Saturday!!! And I'll be sending out an email with a description of new scents and samplers as well as the date of the next pomegranate harvest🌾
