🌀As the storm is of significant magnitude, I have chosen to stay put in Sarasota, while officials in areas A & B have issued mandatory evacuations. My residency, however, is not under such orders. In preparation for the storm in Area C, my roommates and I are readying prepping ourselves for possible blackouts. This storm is anticipated to make landfall at night, hence I am taking a short rest to ensure I am alert during the storm, which may bring undesirable consequences. My parents are in Cape Coral and will also be weathering the storm, while my children are in Miami with their Father's wife which I find very unsettling as he makes it seem he is not with them 😭 I would be hugging my kids making sure all is secured 💓 very limited to act so all I can do is pray 🙏 pray 🙏 pray 🙏. My thoughts are with all Floridians, as well as my family, friends, and clients during this difficult time. I will keep you all posted and appreciate the love and support during these unprecedented times.
