A friend is staying at the condo the rest of January. I love this picture but I’m so jealous. Haha

New Entry rug is placed. I did like the old one but it had gotten so stained. Enjoy!

This little refrigerator on the balcony was having some serious issues. I think the storm last year totally did it in. The seal was gone and it could not be closed.
I looked and looked but couldn’t find one to fit the space. So I’m told this will be better to allow for more circulation around the unit. Anyway let the parties begin!

Garage cleaned out and ready for a new year. Don’t bring sand toys!!! Also skim boards or tents (4 versions).

I do love making an inviting table setting.

We have a true mystery! Updated!!!

When we arrived before Christmas we came in the door to these marks on the floor.

Just a couple of years ago we had these lovely bamboo floors sanded and refinished. But the sand and water are hard to figure. Already the clearcoat finish is eaten away in some places and then there are these strange marks.

There were guests over thanksgiving and then we arrived. Somewhere in between something did this. Can’t get them off without removing more of the finish! Arg!

We’ve had cleaning people in and we’ve had flooring people in. No clues as to what has caused this.

Ideas?

It was a stroller! Not sure how but the wheels left marks that have not come up with any type of cleaning. New photos after deep cleaning the floors added.
The floors will be stripped and resurfaced in May 2026 when we have time to remove furniture and replace.
