Finally got to check out ‘s epic “Athlete Training Grounds” in Thousand Oaks / Westlake, CA - an elite professional-athlete private training facility

I learned a lot from Ryan in 2017 while he was training me for the NFL Combine and Pro Day which helped me kickstart my business and training systems in St. Louis…

The Village is the pinnacle for performance and Ryan sets the standard in every category for individuals wanting to train at the highest level possible

SEC Football is back… so here’s a message from the most EFFICIENT tackler in SEC Football history:

For all you guys out there who are riding the bench right now… waiting for an opportunity… you feel slighted by your coaches or boss… upset about playing time… feeling SORRY for yourselves,

Here’s a story:

Sometime in the middle of 2016, the staff decided it was time to start a real middle linebacker for the first time in a decade (no offense )… and after riding the bench for 2-and-a-half years as a career special teamer, I finally started a game.

And what happened in my first ever career start at middle linebacker?

University of Kentucky, 3 TFL’s and 6 tackles playing only HALF the reps…

Everyone thought it was a fluke. But in the next game against South Carolina, I set a school record 23 total tackles with another THREE TFL’s in only my second ever start…

In 2 games, I had more TFL’s than the guy I was backing up had in 2 years!

The next day at practice, the DC (my boss) at the time came up to me and asked, “E, did you really ever THINK you would get that many tackles in a single game?”

And I told him, “Well coach, I didn’t think. I prepared.”

Greatness is all in the preparation. If you’re not where you want to be in life, in football or in your career, prepare like you’re the starter and you never know when your opportunity to shine will come. Your circumstances might not be in your control, but your preparation IS in your control. For years, I prepared for each game like I was the STARTER. And when I got my opportunity, there was zero doubt who the most prepared player was.

So regardless of your situation…

Leave no doubt… and go out and f*cking earn it! 🥤

12 Days:

My life began the second I met you, and in that moment I knew I wanted to build forever with you

Date nights in Tulum, a birthday surprise I didn’t expect and will never forget, a ferris wheel that never happened, concerts in the car, late nights with friends, 6 different places we’ve called home, two beautiful boys and 2 amazing dogs…

It took us five fast years of catching up, learning one another other, loving each other, building our family, making up for lost time and doing things “our way”

But we always knew we would be married one day. And the faith in that kept us strong while we continued to build our one-life together.

It wasn’t easy.

But it wasn’t for anyone else. It was for us.

And in 12 days, I get to marry the person I’ve been dreaming of my whole life

You’ve given me two Beisel boys, and a lifetime of pure happiness… you’ve created a fire inside of me that will always be there, and only for you. To provide, to protect, and to be there for us. Until the end.

To the one that holds my heart: it’s yours for now and forever. And I can’t wait to celebrate us on our wedding day with all of our family, friends and loved ones.
